Marked is a tattoo lifestyle magazine focusing on appreciation for fine details and craftsmanship in the art of tattooing. The goal of this project was to create a logo and several spreads of a publication that exemplified the personality of the brand.
The Marked logotype is a modernized blackletter typeface, as a nod to the traditional past while the brand looks toward the future of tattooing. The logotype can be used in full form as seen along the cover of this issue, or shortened simply to "m", when necessary.
